Multiplatform augmented reality:

Interactive 4D has developped a second version of the app "Métropole Attractive" for the Nice Côte d'Azur Métropole and has launched it during the MIPIM (International Market of Real Estate in Cannes).

On the trade show, visitors were able to discover the major projects of the Nice Côte d'Azur Métropole on smartphones and tablets. Thanks to augmented reality glasses, they could also enjoy a spectacular and immersive view with 3D effects.

The app "Métropole Attractive" is an innovative tool of territorial communication and economic promotion for the 49 cities from Nice to the Alps. The tool is designed for investors, contractors and property developers to help them in their establishment projects.

Available for free for smartphones and tablets on Google Play and the App Store, it highlights the major projects of the Metropole and illustrate the main reasons to invest in the French Riviera with videos, exploration of interactive maps, 3D and augmented reality animations.

For Interactive 4D, the realization of this application has demonstrated its ability to develop innovative tools for territorial promotion, in addition to its traditional playful applications dedicated to education, training and awareness.

Virtual visit in 3D

Interactive 4D has created a virtual visit in 3D of the Institut Claude Pompidou, a hospital and research center dedicated to patients suffering from the Alzheimer's disease in Nice before it was actually built. This virtual visit was displayed on the the website of the Institute and was presented on an iPad during the construction of the building to visitors, including the former French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
